These terms cover keystone-lenders.com and any financing request. Operated by Northmere LLC, a Pennsylvania company, operating as Keystone Business Lenders.
Not a lender
We are not a lender and do not fund. We review requests and place them with third-party programs. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a commitment, or a guarantee of options.
Using the site
Lawful business use only. We may change or take down pages. Content owned by us or licensors; limited revocable license to view. No copying for a competing site.
Your request
Information accurate as far as you know. Sending a request does not create a loan, approval, or obligation to offer financing. If you upload files, you confirm you have the right to share them and we may share them with financing partners / third-party programs to review this request. Phone/text consent is the apply-form box, not these terms.
Account, signature, and credit inquiry
An account is required to finish and submit an application. Typing your full legal name on the apply form is your electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act and has the same effect as a handwritten signature. At the Sign stage you check a labeled box that reads: "I authorize Keystone and its financing partners to share this file and to run a soft credit inquiry to see what options exist. This is not a hard pull. Any hard pull happens later only with a lender I choose." Submitting the first part of the form does not pull credit. A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score. We do not request a hard credit inquiry to show you options. Any hard inquiry is made later by a lender you choose, with separate authorization. We may share your application, uploaded statements, and signed application PDF with third-party financing programs.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Northmere LLC and Keystone Business Lenders are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, lost data, or failed financing, from the site or a request. Total liability capped at $100. Some states do not allow some limits.
Governing law
Pennsylvania law; courts in Pennsylvania exclusive venue except where law requires otherwise.
