Keystone Business Lenders

This policy explains how Keystone Business Lenders (“Keystone,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use keystone-lenders.com or send a financing request.
Keystone Business Lenders is the operating name of Northmere LLC, a Pennsylvania company. We are not a lender and we do not fund loans. Financing is provided through third-party programs. Approval and terms vary.
What we collect
When you use the site or apply, we may collect: Account credentials (email and password, or Google account, to sign in and finish an application); Contact (first and last name, email, personal phone, business phone); Business (legal name, entity type, business start date, business bank account status, average monthly revenue, approximate annual revenue, existing debt if shared, EIN, what you need); Owner (home address, date of birth, SSN, ownership percentage); Request details (amount, purpose, product type, timeline, credit range including “prefer not to say”); Electronic signature (typed full legal name); Marketing choices (email/SMS opt-ins); Files you upload (bank statements and other documents); Technical (IP, device, pages, cookies).
Why we collect it
To review and place the request with third-party financing programs; to create an account so you can use the client portal; to contact you about this request (phone/text only if you agree on apply); to run and improve the site; legal/recordkeeping. We may run a soft credit inquiry to review the request and present options. A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score. We do not request a hard credit inquiry solely to show you options. Marketing email/SMS is optional and only sent if you opt in.
Sensitive information
SSN, EIN, and date of birth are used only to review the file and share it with the third-party programs we work with. They are stored on the CRM record.
Who we share with
Financing partners / third-party programs; service providers (hosting, files, email, traffic measurement including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and HubSpot); authorities when required. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not list those programs on this site.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle the request, follow up, and meet recordkeeping, then delete or de-identify. Uploaded files only as long as needed for that purpose.

California privacy (CCPA / CPRA)
CA residents can ask what we have, delete/correct, and opt out of sale/sharing. Do not sell or share: we do not sell for money; we may “share” for analytics/ads if marketing cookies run. Opt out: privacy@keystone-lenders.com subject “Do not sell or share.” Honor recognized browser opt-out where required. No denial of service for using these rights except as law allows. Verify identity on request.
Children
For businesses, not children under 16.
