A business line of credit.
A line of credit is a limit the business can draw from. You take what you need, repay it, and can draw again while the line is open. You are not taking the whole limit on day one.
What it is used for
Costs that come and go. A quiet week. A vendor who will not wait. Inventory that does not land on a fixed date. A receivable that is late.
If the bill is known and you will pay it off and be done, working capital or a term loan is usually the cleaner fit.
How repayment usually works
You pay on what you drew, on the schedule in the agreement. Unused limit is not the same as a loan you are already carrying. Still read how often money leaves the account, and what happens if you draw again before the last draw is clear.
How it differs from working capital
Working capital is one amount for a defined need. A line is for timing you cannot pin to a single week. Asking for a large one-time amount "in case" is how you pay for money you do not use.
What to have ready

What happens here
One application. You compare your options. You are not required to sign.
