A cash gap vs waiting on a bank.
A cash gap does not wait on a bank. Payroll is due. A growth window opens. A vendor wants money before your customer pays.
Traditional bank underwriting can take months. Short-term financing exists for that kind of gap. Terms often run about 3 to 18 months. The process is usually faster than a bank.
What this is for
A sized need with a reason: payroll, stock you can turn, a repair, invoices you have already sent. It is a poor fit for a building, or for a truck you will still be using in five years. Those belong on equipment or commercial real estate.
What to check before you chase speed
Type, term, and total cost. How often money leaves the account. Whether the payment still works in a slow month. Speed without a fit is just a faster mistake.
What to do
Say what the money is for. Start an application. Add statements later if you need to.
